This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and a lovely restaurant. I remember my first stay when the staff eagerly helped me with a hot drink in the cold. Eric, the head butler, was particularly attentive. I highly recommend this spot! I'm coming back for Easter.

Location in Polanco is amazing! So close to restaurants and cafes. The King Suite had a comfy bed, cable TV, and a private bathroom with hot shower. Free gym access was a plus. Friendly staff, especially Eric, who was super helpful. Clean and classy vibe throughout the hotel. Definitely recommend it!

missingWrote a review on 22 Julspacious suitegreat locationhigh exchange
The location boasts easy access to Polanco's vibrant scene with shops and restaurants just around the corner. The Junior Suite had a spacious layout that felt comfortable, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day.
The exchange rate they charged for converting prices from USD was seriously inflated—about 15% higher than the official rate, which feels like a rip-off. I booked the place mainly for the jacuzzi, but it was out of order for my entire five-night stay with no clear communication about when it might be fixed. Breakfast options were disappointingly basic for the price. a cappuccino costs extra, which is frustrating, especially when you're paying top dollar. Furthermore, the ordered airport service never showed up, adding to my frustrations during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Suites Obelisk! The king suite felt spacious and homey. The kitchen and lounge area were great for relaxing. Location in Polanco made it easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Eric, the head butler, was amazing, paying attention to every detail. I needed help with a few things, and he was always there. The only downside was the slight noise from outside. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it was noticeable sometimes. Breakfast was decent, but I think it could have been better for the price. Really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to friends!

I absolutely loved the chic décor and charming communal spaces that felt welcoming, making it easy for seniors like me to relax and stroll through the hotel without any barriers. It truly felt like a home away from home.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.
